Those squares are low in carbohydrates and low in fat. They are also without eggs and without butter. What I like the most about them is that they are perfect for the lunch box. You cut a piece and pack it in your cute little plastic box.
I chose dark chocolate to accompany the peaches because its bitterness enhance the distinctive flavor of the peaches. Of course, you can use milk chocolate; it would instead enhance the sweetness of the ripe peaches.
