Having pinned a few delicious-looking ball recipes recently, and having almonds, coconut and almond butter on hand, I made these No Bake Almond Butter Coconut Bites. I didn’t have flaxseeds but replaced them with more chopped almonds. I also substituted maple syrup with honey. Maple syrup in undeniably delicious, but honey offers more health benefits.
